Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to oversee and manage construction and fit-out projects from concept to completion.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
- This role requires strong coordination across multiple departments, including design, procurement, operations, and contractors.
- Manage and supervise all civil engineering aspects of construction and fit-out projects
- Review and validate architectural and structural drawings prior to execution
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, including authority approvals and safety standards
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control throughout all project phases
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Support procurement by reviewing BOQs, specifications, and contractor quotations
