Site and Construction Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil and construction activities and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Review drawings and ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Inspect sites, monitor progress and quality, and report technical issues, discrepancies, delays, and requirements.
- Coordinate materials, verify specifications, and assist with measurements, take-offs, and estimation.
- Attend meetings, provide updates, resolve site issues, and maintain project records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in civil construction or contracting.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
- Ability to interpret engineering and construction drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Communication, coordination, problem-solving, attention to detail, quality, and safety capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work on-site, travel to project locations, and work Monday to Saturday or outside regular hours when required.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 5,000 per month.
Working Schedule
- Working days are Monday to Saturday.
- Work outside regular hours may be required by project requirements.
Workplace
- The role is performed in person and requires on-site work and travel to project locations when required.
Employment Details
Employment type is full-time.
