We're now hiring a CBI & Global Mobility Team Lead at Aethoras.
Not an application processor.
A builder.
Someone who takes full ownership of our citizenship and residency by investment division.
You're not filling a seat.
You're creating the entire operation.
What this looks like:
You lead CBI and RBI advisory across Caribbean, European, and emerging programmes.
You build and manage the partnership network: lawyers, government liaisons, service providers, developers.
You educate yourself and future team members across jurisdictions.
You sign partnership agreements, bring in deal flow, and close when needed.
You recruit and grow commission-based agents under your division.

You understand investment migration.
You've worked in CBI, RBI, immigration advisory, or a closely related field like corporate services, legal advisory, or international business setup.
You have a network in this space or the ability to build one fast.
