Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Citizenship By Investment Advisor / Real Estate Broker. The role involves advising clients on citizenship by investment programs, assisting with property investments, and managing client portfolios. Key responsibilities include identifying client needs, conducting market research, structuring investment solutions, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The advisor will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service to clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in Citizenship By Investment programs and Real Estate Brokerage
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Real Estate Transactions, Market Analysis, and Investment Strategies
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and property listing platforms
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
