The role focuses on timely, accurate reporting and coordination with the front desk.
Key responsibilities
- Enter guest registration information accurately into the CID system.
- Ensure compliance with local laws concerning guest identification.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to authorities.
- Coordinate with the front desk on check-in and guest data collection.
- Keep guest records and information confidential.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Similar-role experience is preferred.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in data entry and relevant software.
- Knowledge of local CID regulations.
