Job Description
Position: Operations Manager - Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operations Manager fluent in both Chinese and English to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of daily operational activities, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and working collaboratively across divisions.
This role involves designing strategies to enhance performance, ensure business stability, and engage users for business growth.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day Operations: Execute daily operational activities with precision and efficiency to ensure smooth business processes.
- Data Management: Collect, record, and analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other divisions to achieve common goals and meet targets, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements
