The Role｜职位介绍

• We are looking for a creative, energetic, and bilingual content creator to help grow EGRE's social media presence across Chinese and international platforms.
• This is a hands-on content role focused on creating, publishing, and optimising engaging content related to:
• Dubai real estate
• London property
• International lifestyle
• Investment trends
• Entrepreneurship and business
• You will work closely with the founders and sales team to create content that attracts clients, builds brand awareness, and grows our audience.

Content Creation

• Create engaging content for:
• Xiaohongshu 小红书
• WeChat 微信公众号
• WeChat Video Channel 微信视频号
• Douyin 抖音
• Instagram
• TikTok
• YouTube
• Write Chinese and English captions, titles, and short-form scripts
• Develop content ideas and content calendars
• Research trending topics and platform trends
• Publish and schedule content across platforms

Video & Media Coordination

• Assist with filming property tours and lifestyle content
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and editors
• Help organise content shoots and filming schedules
• Capture behind-the-scenes content when required

Marketing Support

• Support marketing campaigns and property launches
• Assist with founder personal branding content
• Monitor social media engagement and growth
• Produce weekly content performance reports

Requirements｜岗位要求

• Fluent in both Chinese and English
• 中英文流利
• Strong writing skills in Chinese and English
• 中英文表达能力优秀
• Familiar with:
• Xiaohongshu
• Douyin
• WeChat
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Comfortable appearing on camera when required
• 愿意出镜优先
• Strong sense of aesthetics and content creation
• 具备良好的审美与内容创作能力
• Organised and detail-oriented
• 做事认真负责
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 能适应快节奏工作环境
• Dubai-based or willing to relocate
• 目前在迪拜或愿意来迪拜工作

Preferred｜加分项

• Experience in real estate, luxury, hospitality, or lifestyle industries
• Experience running Xiaohongshu or Douyin accounts
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Photography or design experience
• Experience growing social media accounts organically
