We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Client Care Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, coordinating services, and ensuring every client receives a seamless and positive experience.

As a Client Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for families, helping them navigate our services while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management

· Serve as the main point of contact for prospective and existing clients.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with families and customers.

· Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

· Ensure every client interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and care.

Client Support & Service Coordination

· Assist families with inquiries regarding childcare services, bookings, and schedules.

· Coordinate service requests and appointments efficiently and accurately.

· Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

· Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Lead Management & Business Support

· Respond promptly to new inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

· Educate clients on available services and recommend suitable childcare solutions.

· Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.

· Support customer retention initiatives and long-term client engagement.

Complaint Resolution

· Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and effectively.

· Investigate issues, provide solutions, and ensure timely resolution.

· Escalate complex matters when required while maintaining excellent client communication.

Administrative Support

· Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

· Update CRM systems and booking platforms regularly.

· Prepare reports and maintain service-related documentation.

· Ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.

Essential Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in any field.

✔ Minimum 2 years of customer service, client relations, customer care, or customer support experience in the UAE.

✔ Experience using appointment booking, scheduling, or CRM systems.

✔ Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

✔ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

✔ Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.

✔ Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience in childcare, healthcare, education, hospitality, or service industries.

⭐ Experience handling customer complaints and service recovery.

⭐ Knowledge of CRM software and customer management systems.

⭐ Arabic language skills are an advantage.
