Your Impact

As our Customer Experience Specialist, you will be the first impression of our company and the trusted point of contact for our clients.

You will:

· Create exceptional customer experiences through every interaction.

· Support families with service inquiries, bookings, and ongoing care arrangements.

· Build strong and lasting relationships with clients.

· Help convert inquiries into successful service bookings.

· Coordinate appointments and schedules efficiently.

· Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy.

· Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

· Work closely with multiple departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Customer Experience Excellence

· Deliver outstanding service through phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital communication channels.

· Ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and care.

· Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.

· Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards.

Client Relationship Management

· Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

· Follow up with customers to ensure a positive service experience.

· Support customer retention through proactive communication and engagement.

Service Coordination & Scheduling

· Manage bookings, appointments, and service requests accurately.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

· Monitor ongoing customer requests and ensure successful completion.

Lead Conversion & Business Support

· Respond to new inquiries promptly and professionally.

· Support business growth by converting customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.

· Identify opportunities to introduce additional services based on customer needs.

Problem Resolution

· Handle customer concerns and complaints confidently and professionally.

· Take ownership of issues and ensure they are resolved effectively.

· Escalate complex matters when required while maintaining customer confidence.

Essential Requirements

✔ Bachelor's Degree in any field.

✔ Minimum 2 years of customer service, customer experience, client relations, or customer support experience in the UAE.

✔ Experience using appointment booking, scheduling, or CRM systems.

✔ Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

✔ Professional, confident, and customer-focused attitude.

✔ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

✔ Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.

Preferred Experience

⭐ Childcare, healthcare, hospitality, education, or service industry experience.

⭐ Experience handling customer complaints and service recovery.

⭐ CRM and customer relationship management experience.

⭐ Arabic language skills are an advantage.
