Job Overview:
As the CTO, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Lever Building Materials' technology strategy. You will lead the development of innovative technological solutions that drive business growth, improve supply chain efficiency, and support our commitment to sustainability. This role requires a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in technology, leadership, and an understanding of the building materials sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's technology strategy to support business goals and enhance operational performance.
• Lead the technology and IT departments, ensuring effective management of all technical resources.
• Oversee the development and implementation of innovative software solutions for supply chain management, inventory systems, and customer-facing platforms.
• Manage the integration of emerging technologies like AI, machine learning, and IoT into business operations.
• Evaluate and mitigate technology risks, ensuring robust cybersecurity and data protection policies.
• Drive the digital transformation of the company, aligning technology initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to identify new business opportunities and ensure technology alignment with business strategies.
• Manage technology budgets and resources to optimize ROI on all technology investments.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Lever Building Materials remains competitive and forward-thinking.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior management position (preferably within the construction, logistics, or supply chain sectors).
• Proven track record of successfully implementing technology solutions that drive business growth and operational improvements.
• Strong experience in leading IT infrastructure, software development, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent understanding of cloud computing, enterprise software solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Solid knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED74,000.00 - AED76,000.00 per month
