The Role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a deep background in high-scale gaming and Web3 architecture. You will be the technical cornerstone of Dizzaract, responsible for unifying our diverse technology stack—from Unreal Engine 5 game clients to our AI-native platforms and Solana-based decentralized infrastructure.

You must be a battle-tested leader who has previously scaled systems for massive player bases, built world-class engineering teams, and is comfortable operating at the intersection of traditional AAA/mid-core game development and the emerging "AI Supercycle."

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Vision & Unification: Define and execute the overarching architecture that seamlessly connects our UE5 game clients (Farcana), our GAMED publishing platform, and our FAR AI system.
• Engineering Leadership: Lead, mentor, and rapidly scale a tight-knit team of 80+ engineers, developers, and technical artists. Foster a culture of high ownership and technical excellence.
• AI & Machine Learning Implementation: Oversee the integration of our Machine Learning Frameworks, ensuring NPCs, game economies, and environments react dynamically to player behavior in real-time.
• Web3 & DePIN Strategy: Lead the technical strategy for our blockchain infrastructure, ensuring true digital ownership, secure smart contracts, and the scalable rollout of our decentralized compute networks.
• High-Scale Infrastructure: Architect backend systems and cross-platform integrations capable of supporting millions of concurrent users with zero-downtime deployments and ultra-low latency.

What We're Looking For

• Extensive Leadership Experience: 15+ years of software engineering experience, with a significant track record in senior leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering) scaling tech organizations.
• Gaming DNA: Deep, proven experience in the gaming industry. You must have a strong background in architecting backend systems for high-volume games (supporting millions of DAU) and familiarity with modern engines like Unreal Engine 5.
• Web3 Expertise: Hands-on experience or deep architectural knowledge of Web3 protocols, and an understanding of DePIN infrastructure.
• AI Integration: Experience or strong foundational knowledge of integrating AI agents, LLMs, or machine learning frameworks into production-grade consumer applications, games (including fast paced shooter games.)
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a strictly related technical field.
