Our client is a leading real estate and mixed-use development group in Qatar, managing a diversified portfolio of residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail assets.
As the organisation continues to expand, it is strengthening its corporate services model to improve efficiency, governance, and service delivery across all business units.
The Chief Shared Services Officer will lead the group s shared services strategy, consolidating and optimising functions including Human Resources, Finance Operations, Procurement, Information Technology, Administration, and Corporate Services.
The role will establish service standards, improve operational efficiency, implement automation initiatives, and drive continuous process improvement across the organisation.
Working closely with the executive leadership team, the CSSO will ensure that shared services operate as a strategic business partner while maintaining high levels of governance, cost optimisation, and internal customer satisfaction.
