Role Purpose We’re looking for a Head of Product to own strategy and execution across our fintech and B2B platforms—driving growth, retention, and monetization at scale. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, execute rigorously, and ship consistently.

What You’ll Do
- Define and drive the
- product vision and roadmap
- tied to measurable business outcomes
- Lead
- end-to-end delivery
- with engineering (idea → launch → iteration)
- Build a strong
- discovery and experimentation culture
- (customer insights, A/B testing)
- Own key metrics:
- activation, retention, transaction frequency, conversion
- Partner with commercial teams on
- GTM, onboarding, and growth initiatives
- Ensure
- compliance, security, and trust
- are embedded in product design
