Chief Operations Officer (COO) - Telecommunications

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Lead and manage all day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across all functions.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company s vision and long-term business objectives.
• Drive organizational performance across a business with approximately SAR 300 million turnover, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
• Oversee cross-functional departments including operations, commercial, finance, and support functions to ensure alignment and synergy.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and operational frameworks to ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi regulatory requirements and telecommunications industry standards.
• Lead transformation initiatives, process improvements, and digital optimization to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the executive team and board on strategic planning, reporting, and performance reviews.
• Oversee risk management practices to ensure operational stability and business continuity.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high service quality and operational standards.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
