Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Chief Investment Officer (CIO)** to lead the overall investment strategy, portfolio management, and investment analysis across our business portfolio.
• This executive role involves evaluating business performance, overseeing multi-asset allocation, and advising management on capital deployment and expansion opportunities.
• The primary mandate is to aggressively multiply the value of our assets through highly calculated deployment across public markets, private equity, corporate investments, and real estate.

Key Responsibilities

• **Multi-Asset Strategy:** Lead and refine long-term investment strategies across a highly diversified portfolio, including public equities/stocks, fixed-income/bonds, private investments, and real estate properties.
• **Value Multiplication:** Focus on multiplying the value of the group's assets by identifying high-growth opportunities, optimizing capital efficiency, and executing high-yield asset allocation strategies.
• **Corporate Investments & Acquisitions:** Identify, evaluate, and support decisions regarding investing in companies, acquiring strategic businesses, or restructuring and exiting underperforming entities.
• **Property & Real Estate Portfolios:** Target, analyze, and execute property acquisitions to build long-term capital appreciation and recurring revenue streams.
• **Financial Analysis & Evaluation:** Analyze business financials, evaluate ROI, and conduct deep feasibility studies and risk assessments on potential securities, corporate deals, and physical assets.
• **Executive Advisory:** Provide clear, data-driven recommendations and detailed investment reports to senior leadership regarding complex capital deployment and market risks.
• **Team Leadership & Mentorship:** Guide rigorous due diligence processes and mentor the internal team to build robust analytical capabilities across public and private market asset classes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• **Experience:** Minimum **10 years of experience** in investments, multi-asset portfolio management, or corporate finance. A proven track record in public securities (stocks/bonds), private corporate investments, and property acquisition is highly desired.
• ***Education & Certification:*** **CFA certification is required**.
• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA or Master’s in Finance) is highly beneficial.
• **Technical Expertise:** Advanced knowledge of capital markets, macroeconomic drivers, and deal structuring for corporate acquisitions and real estate investments. High proficiency in using financial modeling and portfolio analysis tools.
• **Leadership & Environment:** High level of integrity, sound judgment, and the capability to manage stakeholder relationships and lead an investment team in a fast-paced, cross-cultural, and growth-oriented family office or institutional environment.
• Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
