We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** to lead the financial direction of our growing group of companies.
The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in financial control, strategic planning, investments, and corporate governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy and business planning
- Oversee finance, accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- Ensure IFRS and UAE compliance
- Manage audits, treasury, banking, and cash flow
- Evaluate investments and expansion opportunities
- Support executive leadership with financial insights
Requirements
✔ CA mandatory (CPA/ACCA accepted)
✔ CFA preferred
✔ 15–20+ years of experience
✔ 5–10 years in senior finance leadership
✔ Strong ERP knowledge
✔ Experience in group companies preferred
