Role Description

The **Divisional Manager – Firdous Perfumes** is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in the United Arab Emirates, responsible for driving the overall business growth, operational performance, and strategic direction of the perfume division.

This role requires a highly experienced and commercially driven professional with **first-hand knowledge of the perfume industry**, including fragrance trends, customer behavior, product development, retail strategy, and market expansion.

The Divisional Manager will oversee end-to-end business functions including sales, marketing, distribution, branding, stock planning, and business development.

The role will involve identifying growth opportunities, optimizing operational efficiencies, strengthening retail and wholesale channels, and building strategic partnerships to elevate the brand to new levels of market presence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the perfume division.
  • Lead sales, marketing, and operational functions to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive opportunities within the fragrance industry.
  • Oversee product positioning, launches, and brand development initiatives.
  • Manage retail expansion, distributor relationships, and wholesale partnerships.
  • Monitor inventory planning, supply chain coordination, and stock performance.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams across sales and operations.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty strategies.
  • Analyze business performance and implement improvements for profitability and scalability.
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align division objectives with group growth strategy.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in the perfume, fragrance, cosmetics, or luxury retail industry.
  • Proven track record in business management, sales leadership, and market expansion.
  • Deep understanding of perfume product categories, fragrance trends, and consumer buying behavior.
  • Experience in retail operations, distribution networks, and wholesale business development.
  • Strong expertise in branding, product positioning, and commercial strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale brands and improve profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
  • Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
