A rapidly scaling global B2B fintech infrastructure company is seeking a commercially driven Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to lead its next phase of international expansion across enterprise and institutional markets.
This is a senior executive role operating at the intersection of fintech, trading technology, enterprise SaaS, and institutional financial infrastructure.
The position offers direct exposure to the CEO and board, with responsibility for leading global go-to-market growth and shaping cross-functional commercial strategy across the GCC, Europe, and Asia.
It comes with strong compensation, international scope, and long-term growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and align global Sales, Marketing, and Product functions
- Develop and execute international go-to-market and revenue growth strategies
- Drive enterprise and institutional client acquisition
- Build scalable demand generation and commercial operating frameworks
- Strengthen global brand positioning across fintech and enterprise markets
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships and ecosystem relationships
- Implement data-driven growth processes, KPIs, and performance reporting structures
- Improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, retention, and expansion metrics
- Support international expansion across GCC, Europe, and Asia
Candidate Profile
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, B2B fintech, capital markets technology, trading infrastructure, or institutional financial technology
- Proven track record of scaling global go-to-market and commercial functions
- Experience driving enterprise revenue growth initiatives
- History of leading cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and Marketing
- Strong background working with institutional, banking, or enterprise clients
- Experience building strategic partnerships and enterprise ecosystems
- Background in fast-growth, high-performance environments
