• Oversee cash flow planning, treasury operations, and financing strategies to support business growth.
• Manage financial risks related to commodities, foreign exchange, interest rates, and counterparties.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, regulators, suppliers, and key customers.
• Support commercial teams with credit evaluations, profitability analysis, and credit risk management.
• Enhance ERP-based financial controls and standardize financial processes and cost allocation methodologies.
• Evaluate capital expenditure proposals and conduct ROI, IRR, and payback analyses for investments.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing finance teams while driving performance management and succession planning.
• Lead strategic finance initiatives, including digital transformation, cost optimization, and supply chain improvement projects.
