Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in steel structures, pre-engineered buildings (PEB), modular buildings, and off-site construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all construction activities from project initiation through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The role requires expertise in structural steel erection, modular installation methodologies, site management, subcontractor coordination, and stakeholder management across multiple projects.
Project Management
- Lead and manage construction activities for steel structure and modular building projects.
- Develop and implement project execution plans, construction schedules, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, specifications, and project milestones.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Site Construction Management
- Oversee site mobilization, steel structure erection, modular unit installation, and commissioning activities.
- Manage site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and construction teams.
- Ensure proper sequencing of construction activities to maximize productivity and minimize delays.
- Review method statements, lifting plans, and installation procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
