Role overview
The CFO leads Care Pay’s financial strategy and oversees financial operations, planning, reporting, and controls.
The role works with the CEO and leadership team on sustainable growth, financial governance, capital and cash flow optimization, and strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, cash flow, and financial controls.
- Ensure timely and accurate IFRS financial statements and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage financial risks, liquidity, and working capital.
- Advise the CEO, leadership team, and relevant committees with financial insights and recommendations.
- Support fundraising, capital planning, investor relations, and strategic financial initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with financial, tax, and ZATCA requirements.
- Lead and develop the finance team and improve financial processes and systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant finance experience, including senior financial leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, IFRS, budgeting, treasury, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Strong strategic, analytical, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Financial services, FinTech, or fast-growing regulated-environment experience is highly preferred.
- SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred; an MBA or relevant master’s degree is an advantage.
