About the Opportunity
MTM Group is posting on behalf of a diversified private holding company with operations and investments across multiple sectors, including services, technology, financial services, workforce solutions, and strategic joint ventures across the region.
The group is seeking a highly experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to report directly to the Board of Directors and key shareholders.
The CEO will be responsible for driving the strategic, operational, and financial success of the holding group while overseeing a complex multinational portfolio of subsidiaries, business units, and investments.
This role requires a commercially driven and operationally strong executive capable of managing centralized corporate functions while ensuring performance, governance, scalability, and profitability across diverse business verticals.
The ideal candidate must have extensive experience leading large private holding companies or complex matrix organizations with multiple operating entities.
Role Purpose
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) holds full executive responsibility for the strategic direction, organizational leadership, operational oversight, financial performance, governance, and long-term growth of the holding group.
Reporting directly to the Board of Directors and shareholders, the CEO will lead group-wide strategy execution while overseeing subsidiary leadership teams, corporate functions, investments, and operational performance across multiple industries and jurisdictions.
The role requires balancing strategic leadership with hands-on executive management across a diversified portfolio of operating companies, joint ventures, and growth initiatives.
1. Group Strategy & Corporate Leadership
· Define and execute the long-term strategic vision of the holding group
· Drive sustainable growth, profitability, and market expansion across all subsidiaries and business units
· Lead strategic planning, transformation initiatives, and portfolio optimization
· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments
· Ensure alignment between group strategy and subsidiary-level execution
· Provide executive leadership across multinational and cross-functional operations
2. Portfolio & Subsidiary Oversight
· Oversee the operational and financial performance of all subsidiaries, affiliates, and joint ventures
· Monitor business unit KPIs, profitability, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment
· Work closely with subsidiary CEOs, General Managers, and executive leadership teams
· Drive accountability and performance management across all operating entities
· Support expansion into new markets, industries, and strategic sectors
3. Financial & Commercial Leadership
· Hold full responsibility for group-wide P&L performance, cash flow, and financial sustainability
· Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and investment planning
· Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and operational efficiency across the portfolio
· Oversee major commercial negotiations, strategic contracts, and high-value partnerships
· Ensure strong financial governance, reporting accuracy, and audit readiness
4. Governance, Risk & Compliance
· Ensure strong corporate governance across the holding company and subsidiaries
· Maintain compliance with all regulatory, legal, financial, labor, and corporate requirements across operating jurisdictions
· Oversee enterprise risk management, legal exposure, and reputational risk mitigation
· Implement governance frameworks, reporting structures, and executive accountability systems
· Work directly with shareholders and Board members on governance matters and strategic reporting.
5. Operational Excellence
· Drive operational efficiency and scalability across all business sectors
· Oversee centralized corporate functions including:
· Finance
· HR
· Legal
· Corporate Strategy
· Shared Services
· Administration
· Ensure operational alignment and integration between group entities
· Lead organizational restructuring and performance optimization initiatives where required
6. Leadership & Organizational Development
· Build and lead a high-performing executive leadership team
· Establish performance-driven culture, accountability frameworks, and leadership succession planning
· Mentor senior executives and subsidiary leadership teams
· Drive organizational development, talent strategy, and executive alignment across the group
· Foster a culture of professionalism, execution, innovation, and operational discipline.
7. Stakeholder & Investor Relations
· Serve as the primary executive representative of the holding group
· Maintain strong relationships with:
· Board of Directors
· Shareholders
· Government entities
· Strategic partners
· Investors
· Key clients and stakeholders
· Present business performance, strategic initiatives, and investment opportunities to the Board and shareholders
· Represent the group in high-level negotiations, partnerships, and market engagements

Mandatory Requirements
· Proven track record as a CEO or senior C-level executive within:
· Large private holding companies
· Diversified conglomerates
· Complex matrix organizations
· Multinational operating groups
· Demonstrated success managing multiple subsidiaries, business units, or cross-sector operations
· Strong strategic, operational, and financial leadership capability
· Experience leading organizational transformation, growth, and scalability initiatives
· Extensive experience reporting directly to Boards and shareholders
· Strong understanding of governance, investments, and portfolio management
