Position Overview
Vikingoz is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the company’s vision, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the company’s long-term strategic direction
- Provide executive leadership to the management team and employees
- Oversee all operational and financial activities of the organization
- Ensure the company meets its performance, growth, and profitability objectives
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market expansion initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate governance requirements
- Represent the company in industry forums and public engagements
Qualifications And Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a senior executive leadership role, preferably as a CEO or equivalent
- Strong expertise in business strategy, financial management, and organizational leadership
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to lead and scale business operations effectively
- Experience within regional or international markets is considered an advantage.
