About the Role
The Chief Digital Officer will lead the digital transformation agenda for Adani Skills & Education, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The role will define and execute ASE’s enterprise-wide digital strategy, build an integrated and scalable technology ecosystem, and digitally enable the complete learner, trainer and training lifecycle. The position will leverage data, AI, automation and emerging technologies to improve workforce readiness, learning effectiveness, operational efficiency and decision-making, while ensuring secure, reliable and cost-effective digital operations.

- The candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related discipline, with an MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred. The role requires at least 15 years of progressive experience in digital transformation, enterprise technology, digital platforms or IT, including senior leadership responsibility. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in leading large-scale digital transformation, platform implementation, integration and change programs across multiple locations and stakeholder groups. Strong expertise in digital strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud, APIs, data platforms, cybersecurity, AI/GenAI, analytics, automation and mobile-first solutions is required. Experience in EdTech, corporate learning, skill development, academies, universities or a complex multi-business enterprise would be preferred.

Responsibilities
- The Chief Digital Officer will define and execute ASE’s digital transformation roadmap and digitally reimagine the end-to-end training lifecycle, covering demand planning, enrolment, delivery, assessment, credentialing, deployment and career progression. The role will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of LMS/LXP, assessment, CRM, credentialing and training-management platforms; establish an integrated data architecture and single source of truth; and drive AI, GenAI, Computer Vision, IoT, AR/VR, simulation, analytics and workflow automation initiatives. The position will also oversee enterprise integrations, digital architecture, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, privacy, business continuity, executive dashboards, technology budgets, implementation partners, vendor performance and the development of a high-performing digital and technology team.
Preferred Qualifications
