Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
We are partnering with a high-growth SaaS business entering its next phase of international expansion.
The company has built strong product-market fit and is now looking to appoint a strategic commercial leader to scale revenue across multiple global markets.
This is a critical executive hire, reporting directly to the CEO, with full ownership of the global go-to-market strategy.
The Opportunity
You will lead the design and execution of a scalable, partner-led commercial strategy, driving growth across new and existing markets.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a clear mandate to build a high-performing international revenue engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global go-to-market (GTM) strategy
- Scale revenue across multiple international markets
- Build and optimise a partner / channel-led distribution model
- Develop and lead high-performing commercial teams (sales, partnerships, revenue operations)
- Drive predictable revenue growth and performance metrics
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on overall business strategy
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience scaling a SaaS business in a senior commercial role (CRO, CCO, VP Sales)
- Track record of international expansion across multiple markets
- Strong experience building and leading partner/channel ecosystems (indirect sales)
- Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
- Experience in high-growth / scale-up environments
- Data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
