We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic
Chartered Accountant (CA)
who is willing to go beyond traditional accounting responsibilities and actively contribute to strategic business and investment decisions.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, solution-oriented professional with strong leadership abilities, practical business judgment, and excellent communication skills.
This role requires someone who can work independently, take ownership of key financial functions, and provide valuable insights to management on investment opportunities and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and oversee the company's financial accounts and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
- Analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations to management.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, ventures, and business proposals from a financial perspective.
- Support management in strategic decision-making through financial and commercial analysis.
- Guide and mentor a team of research analysts on financial analysis, valuation methodologies, and interpretation of financial statements.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, profitability, and key financial metrics.
- Identify operational and financial improvements and implement practical solutions.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and other stakeholders as required.
