About This Role
Responsibility
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts, journals, and supporting documentation.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow movements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Handle payroll entries and coordinate with HR for salary processing.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
- Review expense claims, vendor invoices, and ensure proper approvals and coding.
- Assist in improving accounting processes and internal controls.
Requirement
- CA plus Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- UAE Experience atleast 1 year
- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
Work Location: In person
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
