Chartered Accountant

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and corporate tax requirements.
• Prepare and file VAT returns and assist with corporate tax filings.
• Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
• Monitor financial performance and provide management reports (MIS).
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS and UAE financial regulations.
• Implement and maintain internal financial controls.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
• Support strategic financial planning and business decision-making.

Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (ICAI/ACCA/CPA or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience (UAE experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• UAE experience in trading, manufacturing, logistics, or service industries.
• Experience with financial audits and statutory compliance.
• Knowledge of payroll processing and WPS regulations.
