About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Tour Package Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the tours and travel industry.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, promoting, and managing domestic and international tour packages while ensuring excellent customer service and smooth travel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize tour packages according to customer requirements.
- Handle inquiries related to holiday packages, visas, hotels, flights, and transportation.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and travel partners.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel plans.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into sales.
- Manage bookings, confirmations, and travel documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction before, during, and after travel.
- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and tourism regulations.
- Support sales and marketing activities for travel packages.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the tours and travel industry.
- Good knowledge of UAE inbound and outbound tour packages.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prepare itineraries and travel quotations professionally.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and MS Office.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of visa processing and travel insurance.
- Social media or travel package promotion experience.
- Strong sales and upselling ability.
- Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
