Supervise and coordinate on-site activities to meet project quality, safety, and timeline goals.
Lead a small team and provide hands-on guidance in interior fit-out trades.
Site responsibilities
- Direct team work to specifications and drawings; coordinate daily tasks and resources with supervisors and engineers.
- Inspect work quality, enforce safety, conduct site checks, and deliver daily toolbox talks.
- Resolve site issues and delays; manage material deliveries and usage to prevent shortages and waste.
- Perform carpentry, joinery, partitioning, flooring, ceiling, door, and installation tasks when needed.
- Report progress and challenges; keep the site clean, organized, and hazard-free.
- Train and mentor junior workers and monitor team performance.
Candidate requirements
- At least five years of interior fit-out experience with hands-on carpentry, joinery, partitioning, and installation work.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out processes and ability to read technical drawings.
- Proven small-team leadership and ability to deliver on time and to a high standard.
- Problem-solving, organization, time management, communication, and attention to detail.
- Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and experience managing on-site materials.
- Physically fit for manual site work and extended standing.

- Work is in person at the project site.
