What You'll Do

Qualifications

• Current, active, and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• At least 2 years' experience and knowledge as a Charge or Lead RN in acute hospital setting
• Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Demonstrated leadership, delegation, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred

Enviornmental Job Requirements and Working Conditions

• Our organization follows an in person work structure where the expectation is to work onsite on a weekly basis. The hospital is located at 14662 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780. The total compensation target pay range for this role is $43.00 - $53.00 per hour.
• 8 hours = Base rate/ Hours over 8 in a 12 hr. shift are 1.5x base rate.
