The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for
overseeing the financial strategy, planning, and operations of Legend Holding Group and its diverse
business units.
The CFO will ensure financial stability, drive sustainable growth, and maintain strong
relationships with stakeholders, including financial institutions, investors, and the board of directors.
The role demands strategic oversight of financial activities across multi-brand car trading, rent-a-car
services, new car dealerships, and after-sales service centres, ensuring alignment with the group’s
mission and objectives.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- The CFO’s performance will be evaluated based on the following Key Result Areas, aligned with
- organizational KPIs and tailored to the group’s diverse automotive operations:
- Financial Performance and Growth:
- o Objective: Achieve agreed % year-on-year increase in group-wide revenue and
- profitability across multi-brand car trading, rent-a-car, dealerships, and after-sales
- service centres.
- o KPI: Revenue growth, EBITDA margin, and return on investment (ROI) for each
- business unit.
- o Timeline: Quarterly review with monthly progress assessments.
- o Measurement: Consolidated financial reports and divisional performance
- dashboards.
