Lead strategic engagement with Dubai Municipality and relevant authorities

Ensure full compliance with environmental and operational regulations

Support alignment with national sustainability initiatives

Full P&L ownership

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking (potive operating leverage)

Optimize cost structures and improve margins

Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and internal policies

Lead a strong safety culture across operations and contractors

Monitor and mitigate environmental and operational risks

Establish ESG metrics and sustainability reporting frameworks

Drive circular economy initiatives and environmental impact reduction (as minimum aligned with respective UAE direction)

Support carbon reduction and resource efficiency strategies

Implement sustainability and resource efficiency initiatives

Implement enterprise risk management framework

Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements

Lead crisis management and operational risk mitigation
