Overview

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps.

Our partner is looking for a Certified SuiteDash Expert based in United Arab Emirates.

In this role, you will act as a hands-on SuiteDash specialist responsible for configuring and optimizing the platform to fully support business operations.

You will translate business needs into a structured and efficient CRM, automation, and client portal setup.

The position involves end-to-end platform implementation, ensuring smooth adoption across workflows, email marketing, and customer management processes.

You will play a key role in building a centralized digital system that improves efficiency, reduces manual work, and enhances client experience.

This is a highly practical and consultative role where you will guide setup decisions, troubleshoot configurations, and ensure best practices are applied.

You will also support ongoing improvements as the business scales its use of SuiteDash.

The environment is remote, flexible, and focused on fast, effective implementation.

Accountabilities

  • Set up and configure SuiteDash to align with business requirements and operational workflows
  • Design and implement CRM structures to ensure smooth client and data management processes
  • Configure email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, and client communication systems
  • Customize and optimize the client portal to improve usability and business efficiency
  • Translate business needs into functional system configurations and scalable processes
  • Provide hands-on technical guidance and support to ensure effective platform adoption
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing setups for performance and usability
  • Advise on best practices for SuiteDash usage, automation, and workflow design

Requirements

  • Certified SuiteDash expert with proven hands-on implementation experience
  • Strong knowledge of CRM setup, automation workflows, and client portal configuration
  • Experience with email marketing systems and marketing automation tools
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Excellent communication skills to support non-technical users and stakeholders
  • Experience providing training, onboarding, or operational support for SaaS tools
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational and process-thinking abilities
