Job Summary

Provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the CEO by managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and facilitating effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth executive operations.

Executive Support & Coordination

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Follow up on tasks and action items with internal teams to ensure timely execution and alignment with priorities.

Meetings & Communication

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes when required.
  • Attend external meetings and events on behalf of, or alongside, the CEO when needed.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Planning & Organization

  • Support the CEO in planning daily, weekly, and strategic activities to ensure efficient time management.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.

General Executive Assistance

  • Handle confidential information with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Perform additional executive and administrative duties as assigned to support business

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

· Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

· Good command of English (written and spoken).

· Strong communication and interpersonal skill.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

· Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼4,500.00 - ﷼6,500.00 per month
