Overview
G-TEC Education Institute is looking for an experienced and dynamic **Center Manager** to lead our Al Ain branch.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, driving student enrollments, and ensuring high-quality training delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the training center
- Lead and supervise academic and administrative staff
- Achieve student enrollment targets and revenue goals
- Handle student inquiries, admissions, and customer relations
- Ensure compliance with local education regulations and standards
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
- Maintain quality standards in training delivery and student satisfaction
- Prepare reports and coordinate with head office
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Education/Management preferred)
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in managing a training institute or educational center in the UAE
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of KHDA/MOE regulations is an advantage
- Sales and marketing experience in education sector preferred
