CDL A OTR Driver $1,450 to $1,700 Weekly Paid Training for Grads Job Type: Driving

Looking for safety-minded CDL A professionals for nationwide dry van operations. We offer consistent mileage and a supportive environment where your performance is rewarded.

Earnings and Financial Growth

Weekly Earnings: $1,450 to $1,700 on average

Mileage Rate: $0.50 to $0.65 CPM based on your verifiable history

Volume: 2,500 to 2,800 miles per week

Immediate Pay: $300 paid orientation added to your very first paycheck

Bonus Incentives: Monthly performance bonuses plus an $800 vacation bonus after 1 year of service

Payment: Reliable weekly direct deposit

Routes and Home Time

Lanes: Nationwide OTR (Strictly no NYC routes)

Freight: 100% no touch dry van

Schedule: 14 days on the road followed by 2 full days at home

Convenience: Take the truck home for your reset

Freedom: Pet and rider policies active from your first day

New Driver Trainee Program

If you are 21 or older with a CDL A and 120+ accredited school hours

You qualify for our 4 to 6 week paid training program.

Guaranteed weekly pay during training.

Full rider and pet privileges apply immediately upon successful completion.

Qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years old
  • 6 months of verifiable solo tractor trailer experience
  • Clean background with no DUI, major accidents, or drug convictions
  • Must pass DOT physical plus urine and hair follicle drug screens
  • No SAP drivers accepted
