CDL-A Driver Experienced and Entry level Welcome Job Type: Driving

$1,200 to $1,400 weekly. 2,500 miles per week. Paid mentorship available for new Entry level drivers

We are expanding our Eastern Seaboard fleet and have room for drivers at every experience level. If you have six months under your belt and want predictable regional lanes, we have a seat. If you just finished CDL school and need a structured path forward, we have that too.

Compensation and pay

  • Weekly earnings of $1,200 to $1,400 depending on experience
  • Mileage rate of $0.55 to $0.65 CPM based on verified experience
  • $15 per stop pay on every qualifying stop
  • Safety and fuel efficiency bonus
  • $300 orientation pay for a single-day session at your nearest hub
  • New CDL graduates entering mentorship earn $650 or more per week during the entire training period

Your lanes and freight

Eastern Seaboard regional routes with consistent, repeatable territory

2,500 average miles per week

100 percent no-touch dry van freight

Primarily drop and hook operations

Both day and night dispatch windows, comfort with varied shift timing required

Schedule and home time

  • Bi-weekly rotation, typically 12 days out followed by 2 days at home
  • Full-time W2 employment, not a lease or contractor arrangement

New CDL graduate path

Graduated from an accredited trucking school with 120 or more hours of training but under 6 months of solo experience? You qualify for our paid OTR mentorship program.

You will spend 4 to 6 weeks running alongside an experienced driver, earning $650 per week the entire time, building the verified hours needed to move into a solo seat.

Upon successful completion of mentorship, you transition directly into a solo seat starting at $0.55 CPM.

What we require

Valid Class A CDL, 21 years of age or older

6 months of verifiable solo Class A experience, OR graduation from an accredited CDL program with 120 or more training hours

No major accidents, suspensions, or serious violations in the last 5 years

No DUI convictions within the last 5 years

No involuntary terminations from your most recent employer

Stable work history, gaps for school or training are accepted

Must clear both DOT urine and hair follicle drug testing
