Overview
The CCTV / Security System Specialist ensures reliable operation and maintenance of CCTV, security, and RTPI systems, with expertise in AFC and ITS interfaces.
He coordinates with contractors on faults, complaints, and software testing, while supporting contract administration with technical requirements and system architecture.
The role also involves monitoring live CCTV feeds, escalating incidents, supporting NOC checks, and preparing compliance logs for safety and security agencies.
Your role
System Operation & Maintenance: Manage and maintain CCTV and security systems with high reliability.
RTPI Systems Management: Oversee PA and Planning systems within RTPI.
Interface Oversight: Manage AFC and Operator ITS interfaces, coordinating with contractors.
System Administration: Administer all systems and interfaces, discuss fault reports and customer complaints with contractors.
Software Testing: Test and release new software in the Test & Development center, including ITS interfaces.
Contract Support: Support Contract Administration Manager and Employer with technical requirements, specifications (SDS), and technical variations.
System Architecture: Provide input on CCTV and security system architecture.
Monitoring & Escalation: Monitor live CCTV feeds and system alarms, escalate incidents as required.
NOC Support: Support Network Operations Center (NOC) daily checks.
Compliance Reporting: Prepare compliance logs for safety and security agencies.
