Responsible for monitoring CCTV systems across F&B outlets to ensure safety, hygiene compliance, and security.
The role is based in the control room and requires a professional and vigilant approach at all times.
Key Responsibilities And Activities
- Monitor CCTV across dining areas, kitchens, and storage facilities.
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and food safety standards.
- Identify and report incidents, suspicious activity, or hygiene violations.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly.
- Maintain accurate logs and prepare incident reports.
- Coordinate with management, staff, and relevant authorities.
- Control access to the control room and ensure data confidentiality.
- Report system faults and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of CCTV experience in the GCC (F&B or hospitality preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
