**Valence Group** is seeking a **dynamic and creative Marketing Manager** to lead our restaurant’s marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies, and a proven ability to attract and engage high-end clientele.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, events, and PR channels.
- Enhance brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor and manage customer feedback, online reviews, and social media interactions.
- Analyze market trends, customer demographics, and competitor strategies to refine marketing plans.
- Organize exclusive restaurant events, partnerships, and collaborations to drive visibility.
- Work closely with the culinary and service teams to promote new menu items and special offerings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience**, preferably in hotel, hospitality or fine dining restaurant
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and content creation.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in influencer marketing and strategic partnerships.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and email marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
