What you’ll do
- Lead improvement projects from start to finish, making sure they’re delivered on time, within budget, and make a real difference
- Work closely with teams to understand what’s working, what’s not, and how we can do things better
- Help people make good decisions by setting up clear ways to track progress and manage changes
- Keep everyone in the loop with honest updates – including any challenges, costs, or benefits
- Build strong relationships across the business and becoming a go-to person for advice and support
- Help us stay consistent in how we work and share good ideas across teams
- Encourage a positive, inclusive culture where people feel supported and respected
What you’ll bring

- An understanding of change delivery and how to make change successful
- Experience using Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement approaches
- A track record of identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to identify risks and issues early and take action to address them
- Confidence in making decisions and prioritising competing demands
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate practical solutions
- A collaborative approach, bringing people together to achieve shared goals
