Please note:
This position is based on AMAALA Island, a remote and exclusive destination on the Red Sea.
Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a remote island environment.
What We'Re Looking For
- Prior experience in catering sales, events, or hospitality sales in a luxury hotel or venue
- A confident, professional, and client-first personality
- Strong knowledge of catering operations, event planning, and sales techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and events simultaneously
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Good English communication skills (Arabic a plus)

Responsibilities Include
- Proactively sourcing and managing catering and events sales leads
- Conducting site inspections, client meetings, and proposal presentations
- Preparing and negotiating contracts, proposals, and event orders
- Coordinating with operations and culinary teams to ensure flawless event delivery
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Supporting the development of long-term client relationships and repeat business
