Please note:
This position is based on AMAALA Island, a remote and exclusive destination on the Red Sea.
Candidates must be comfortable living and working in a remote island environment.
What We'Re Looking For
- Prior experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel, lounge, or hospitality venue preferred
- A warm, professional, and guest-first personality
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, mixology techniques, and beverage menus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure during peak service hours
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Good English communication skills (Arabic a plus)

- Strong team spirit with a proactive and ownership-driven attitude
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver a seamless bar experience

Responsibilities Include
- Greeting and engaging with guests throughout their bar experience
- Preparing and serving cocktails, mocktails, and beverages to the highest standards
- Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and setup of the bar area
- Managing stock, inventory, and responsible service
- Handling guest requests and resolving concerns professionally
