Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic **Catering Manager** with a strong background in **fast food or quick service restaurants** to join our growing team in Doha.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing catering operations, ensuring high-quality food service, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction for corporate and private events.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and manage catering operations from order booking to event execution
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
- Manage catering budgets, costing, and vendor coordination
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and food safety standards in line with Qatar regulations
- Handle client inquiries, customize menus, and build strong customer relationships
- Supervise staff schedules, training, and performance
- Ensure all events are executed to brand and service standards
Requirements
- Minimum **3–5 years experience** as a Catering Manager or Supervisor
- **Strong experience in fast food or quick service restaurant operations**
- Knowledge of catering logistics, bulk food preparation, and large-scale service
- Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
- Familiar with food safety, hygiene standards, and local regulations in Qatar
- Preference for candidates currently in **Qatar with transferable NOC**
