Overview
We are seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee and manage all catering operations, ensuring high-quality food service delivery for events and daily operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning menus, coordinating events, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise catering operations for events and daily services
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored catering solutions
- Develop menus in collaboration with chefs based on client needs and budgets
- Supervise catering staff and ensure smooth service execution during events
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service
- Manage inventory, stock control, and minimize wastage
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and support preparation of quotations
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve operational issues efficiently
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Catering, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in catering or hospitality operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and client handling abilities
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
