Role overview

Commercial performance and assortment

• Manage daily category performance to achieve commercial targets.
• Optimize assortment, pricing, promotions, and inventory with merchants.
• Identify growth opportunities across category segments.

Campaigns and merchandising

• Execute in-app campaigns and merchandising plans aligned with the commercial calendar.
• Optimize category pages, product lists, banners, and search to improve engagement and conversion.
• Coordinate campaign execution with Marketing, CRM, Content, and Operations.

Partners and category operations

• Build relationships with partners and suppliers.
• Monitor stock availability, pricing accuracy, and catalog quality.
• Support partner and merchant onboarding and product assortment expansion.

Data and optimization

• Track category performance through dashboards and reporting.
• Analyze customer behavior to identify ways to improve sales and conversion.
• Support cross-functional initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Category Management, Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce.
• Understanding of the category and customer purchase behavior is preferred.
• Experience analyzing commercial performance with Excel and BI tools.
• Knowledge of merchandising, promotions, assortment planning, and supplier management.
• Strong organizational, project management, commercial, analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.
