, a B2B marketplace that helps companies buy their recurring business supplies faster, cheaper, and with far better control.

Think of it as Noon’s consumer engine [selection, pricing, logistics, and experience] applied to enterprise procurement.

What You'll Do

  • Team noon has some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered.
  • With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
  • As a Category Manager for Noon Business, you will drive the growth and performance of key product categories by shaping assortment strategy, managing supplier partnerships, and optimizing pricing and selection.
  • This is a high-impact opportunity to help build a new B2B marketplace from the ground up, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value for business customers and accelerate category growth.
  • Defining and building the right
  • assortment for launch (v1)
  • Onboarding and negotiating with key sellers
  • Structuring pricing, quotation frameworks, and margin ladders
  • Acquiring and managing anchor B2B customers
  • Feeding real market insights back into product and ops

What You'll Need

  • 5-8 years of experience in Category, business development.
  • Willingness to spend time in the market. Comfortable operating with minimal structure & high expectations.
  • Who'll Excel?
  • Bias for action: you move before others finish thinking.
  • Commercial sharpness: strong instincts around category, buyer behavior, and incentives.
  • Resourcefulness: you know how to talk to customers, fix problems, and push things forward.
  • We are looking only for people who operate like owners.
