We are seeking friendly and motivated individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Waitresses.
The ideal candidates will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests while efficiently managing transactions and orders.
Cashier Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases.
- Process sales transactions using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions securely.
- Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking as needed.
Waitress Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and able to make recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
