We are looking for an experienced **Arabic Catering Chef** to join our catering team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine, menu planning, food preparation, and large-scale catering operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Arabic dishes, including rice, grilled items, appetizers, and traditional specialties.
- Plan menus and ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
- Manage food preparation for catering events of different sizes.
- Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
- Monitor food stock levels and assist with purchasing ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Control food costs and minimize waste.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
